Human Resource Administration Caseworker Commits Food Stamp Fraud

The New York Post has reporeted that Tara Tisdale, a Human Resources Administration caseworker sold the pedigree information for her food stamp recipient clients to a third party for $25.00 an individual. Not only was the information stolen from her food stamp recipient clients but also the clients of her co-workers at HRA. The recipients were then called by a third party who pretended to be an employee of HRA and tricked the recipients to providing their confidential information so that the PIN number associated with their accounts could be given.
